Details
- The Free plan includes up to 3 clients and 20 logins; from Freelancer on, clients and logins are unlimited.
- Subprojects don't count as new clients.
- You can have several workspaces, for example your freelance work and the agency kept apart (up to 5 on Freelancer, unlimited from Agency).
- A private project is visible only to whoever created it.
- Copied passwords are cleared from the clipboard after 45 seconds.
Frequently asked questions
What counts as a client?
Each top-level project in your workspace is a client. Subprojects you create inside it don't count toward the limit.
Can I bring my logins over from a spreadsheet?
Yes. Import a CSV or paste cells from Excel or Google Sheets, and Passfolio creates any missing clients.
What happens if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. The account goes back to the Free plan limits and you can still see and export everything.
