2FA codes shared with your team
Store the 2FA key of each client account and anyone on the team with access generates the 6-digit code on the spot, without asking the client.
A link for clients to send you their logins
Send the client a link to enter their logins in a simple form, without creating an account. They land in the right client in Passfolio, encrypted.
Import your logins from a spreadsheet
Move the logins you keep in an Excel or Google Sheets spreadsheet, or a CSV, into Passfolio. Passfolio recognizes the columns, creates missing clients and never duplicates anything.
Offboard a team member in one click
When someone leaves the team, you remove them from every client in one click. Passfolio shows you which passwords, 2FA codes and cards they viewed, so you know what to change.
