How it works

Create the request
From the client, choose "Request accesses from client", pick the services you need (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Canva, hosting, domain) and add a message.

Share it
Copy the link or send it over WhatsApp. Choose whether it expires in 1, 7 or 30 days.

The client fills in the form
They see who is asking and for which project, and enter each service: user, password, link, notes and, optionally, the 2FA key.

We let you know
You get an email when the client submits. The logins show a "From client" badge until someone on the team opens them.

- The client doesn't need to create an account.
- Each link works for a single submission and then closes. You can also revoke it earlier.
- The client can send up to 30 services per submission.
- What the client sends is saved even if you're over your plan's limit.
- The Free plan allows 1 open link at a time; from Freelancer on, unlimited.
- Payment cards can't be sent through the link.
Frequently asked questions
Does the client need to install anything?
No. They open the link in their phone or computer browser and fill in the form.
What if the link expired or was already used?
The client sees a notice that the link is no longer available. You create a new one in seconds.
Who can create a request?
Anyone on the team with an editor or admin role on that client.
