- Up to 1,000 rows per import.
- If the spreadsheet has a client column, missing clients are created; otherwise you pick one for everything.
- Duplicates (same service and user in the same client) are skipped, never overwritten.

Frequently asked questions
Can I bring my logins from another password manager?
Yes. Export them to CSV from that manager and Passfolio recognizes its columns automatically.
What happens to rows over my plan's limit?
The preview shows which ones are left out before you import. The rest go in normally.
Are 2FA keys imported?
Yes, from the Freelancer plan. On the Free plan the rest of the row is imported without the 2FA key.
