- Workspace roles: owner, admin and member. Client roles: admin, editor and read-only.
- Being a workspace admin doesn't grant access to every client: each person sees the clients they were added to.
- Invitations expire after 7 days.
- The Agency plan includes 5 people per workspace and Agency+ 15. If you need more, you add extra people monthly: up to 10 in total on Agency and no cap on Agency+.
- The Free and Freelancer plans are for one person.

Can I give an outside collaborator access to just one client?
